Dress Up

Well, anyone that knows me can probably tell that I'm in procrastination mode right now. Should be studying, so instead I'm occupying my time with blogging. Oh well, at least it's kind of productive. Anyway, Anna's new thing is pulling every article of clothing out of our drawers and then trying to wear them. Apparently, everything is to be worn cape-style, draped over the shoulders. And yes, that is my bra.

So I took Anna to Old Navy today to look for baby pajamas. She insisted on crawling around, practically jumping out of my arms. I made the mistake of letting her and found out just how dirty those floors are . . . very. In a few short seconds while I was browsing she managed to make it around the corner to the maternity section, and pulled out all the jeans on the bottom two shelves. I picked up my filthy child and beelined for the register. Not sure if the picture does it justice, but her pink pants and feet are black. Oh the joys of having a one year old!

Emily and Forbes

Emily and Forbes gave us a last minute weekend visit and we have had the best time with them. The boys have cooked for us both nights and it has been such a treat. As hosts we're not all that entertaining but we managed to make it to the pool. Look at what naturals Emily and Forbes are with Anna . . . what great parents they will be!

More Jackson

I had to include this pic. Look at Jackson's eyelashes. They are the longest I think I have ever seen. Beautiful!

Kinsey Kids

We went to the pool last week with Katie and her boys and I got to play around with my camera. Her are some of the shots. They turned out pretty good considering Jackson was not in the best mood! Harrison was quite cooperative. They are such cuties!

Anna Turns One

Anna turned one on July 17. We can't believe a year has already gone by . . . where does all the time go. The Fontaine grandparents were in town for it and we had a little pool party for her. We also got to play with my dad's new camera and we've decided we want to start doing family pictures (not just our own) as a little hobby together. We really had a lot of fun taking pictures together. Here are some pics from her party and on the UVA campus.
